Baxi Group helps Crest Nicholson achieve an 'Excellent' from EcoHomes

Baxi Group products have helped Crest Nicholson achieve its target of generating five per cent of the site's energy from low carbon products at its ICON development in Street, Somerset.

The development comprises 80 houses and 58 apartments and has received the EcoHomes 'Excellent' rating for energy efficiency.

The properties with solar thermal domestic hot water systems have Baxi Solarflo flat plate collector panels and solar controllers, and Heatrae Sadia Megatech twin coil cylinders.

Supplementary heating and hot water is provided by SEDBUK Band A rated Potterton Promax SL heat only boilers.
