Baxi helps set the low carbon standard in Belfast

As part of the UK Technology Strategy Board's (TSB) Retrofit for the Future competition, Eco-Energy (NI) Ltd has installed an integrated heating solution from Baxi as one of the measures to help reduce CO2 emissions by 80% against a 1990 baseline on a Belfast property owned by Grove Housing Association.

An extension of the Renewable Heat Premium Payment (RHPP) was announced by DECC yesterday, as part of their broader plans to support low carbon heating. At the same time, the implementation of a domestic version of the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) has been pushed in to 2013.
