SAP assistance
To assist developers in meeting Building Regulations and Code for Sustainable Homes requirements, NewDesign are able to assist and engage with SAP assessors and other technical parties to ensure correct application of our equipment within the assessment.
If the decision has not been made with regard to technology selection to meet specific targets, NewDesign are able to assist and guide this process to ensure carbon or energy targets are met by suitably selected systems.
NewDesign employ a number of registered SAP assessors to assist in this process, although we do not offer a full SAP calculation service or provision of Energy Performance Certificates.
